Red Canary

Industry: Cybersecurity (MDR)  Role: Copywriting + creative strategy
Goal: Build demand and set Red Canary apart from competitors in the managed detection and response (MDR) space by developing a bold look and messaging approach. This was a follow-up campaign to an awareness campaign we launched. For both campaigns, I built a messaging strategy, testing 3 distinct value propositions Red Canary provides customers to see which enticed prospects most.

Pantheon

Industry: WebOps (SaaS)  Role: Copywriting
Goal: Bring the client's creative concept ("You just need your website to work") to life with summer-themed visuals and messaging that would engage new IT and marketing audiences—ultimately expanding Pantheon's reach beyond its traditional developer audience. 

Client feedback: "Love the spin on the bugs/launch ads. These look solid. Let's get it!" and later, "Week one numbers are pretty good. If we can sustain this, we're cookin."

myCOI

MyCOI

Industry: Insurance compliance (SaaS)  Role: Copywriting + creative strategy
Strategy: Though insurance tracking isn't something most people want to do—it's required in order to keep a business safe. By revealing how COI tracking makes people feel, and ensuring them that there's a complete solution out there in myCOI, we began to create category/solution demand.

Results: 95% growth Q1-2023 vs. Q4-2022 plus an 85% uptick in demos Q1-2023 vs. Q4-2022.

Clari

Clari

Industry: Revenue Operations (SaaS)  Role: Copywriting + creative strategy
Strategy: In order to round out its suite of solutions, Clari acquired Wingman, a conversation intelligence tool. We introduced the tool by highlighting its biggest selling point: actionable, real-time intelligence. Timing was 2 weeks from concept to copy completion.

Results: 64% higher win rate and 67% lower customer acquisition cost (over multiple campaigns).

Strategy: Educate people on why Phished's holistic approach to cybersecurity resilience training is the best way to keep employees from taking the bait. Timing was 2 weeks from concept to copy completion.

Strategy: Today, businesses are concerned about how to optimize total rewards packages without maxing out budgets. In this campaign, we demonstrated how NFP helps companies get the best ROI from their benefits (without breaking the bank). Timing was 2 weeks from concept to copy completion.

Results: 75% faster sales cycle, 233% ROI and 20% increase in actual cash value (over multiple campaigns).

Play off of unreliable solutions that people turn to (such as weather forecasts or fortune tellers) to contrast and highlight the true reliability and accuracy of Vena.
